Terms of Service

1. Quality & Delivery

All images are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution digital format. Files are optimized for both print and screen use. Downloads are available for 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. It is the buyer's responsibility to download and back up purchased files within that window.

2. Print Quality Standards

Images are delivered at full resolution and are suitable for printing at standard sizes. Loon Haus Media is not responsible for print quality produced by third-party labs or consumer printing services. For best results, professional print labs (such as WHCC, Miller's, or Bay Photo) are strongly recommended. Color calibration and output quality may vary between providers.

3. No Alterations or Filters

To protect the integrity and craftsmanship of the work, purchased images may not be cropped in ways that fundamentally alter the composition, subjected to heavy filters or presets (including heavy Instagram filters, AI-generated alterations, or color inversions), or edited in ways that misrepresent the original image. Light brightening, minor cropping for platform formatting, and adding text overlays for personal use are permitted.

4. No Resale

Purchased digital files may not be resold, relicensed, or distributed to third parties in any form. Images are licensed for use by the purchasing individual or organization only.

5. Watermark Removal

All delivered files are provided without watermarks upon purchase. Removing or obscuring any embedded metadata or copyright information from the original file is prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact within 7 days of purchase and every effort will be made to resolve the issue.

7. Credit & Attribution

When sharing images on social media or digital platforms, photo credit is appreciated but not required. Suggested credit: @loonhausmedia ; @bjjpixels or loonhausmedia.com.

DIGITAL IMAGE LICENSE

This license governs the use of digital images purchased through this gallery.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE (Included with Purchase)

Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License for the purchased image(s). This license permits the following:

Permitted Uses:

  • Sharing on personal social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)

  • Printing for personal display (home, office, personal gifts)

  • Use in personal digital albums, slideshows, or screensavers

  • Sharing with immediate family members for personal enjoyment

Not Permitted Under Personal Use:

  • Use in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials

  • Use on business websites, business social media accounts, or branded content

  • Use in any product intended for sale (merchandise, prints for resale, etc.)

  • Editorial or news publication

  • Submission to stock photography platforms

  • Any use that generates revenue, directly or indirectly

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (Requires Separate Agreement)

Any use of purchased images for commercial, editorial, or business purposes requires a separate Commercial Use License. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Business websites or landing pages

  • Social media accounts representing a brand, organization, or business

  • Advertising and paid media (digital ads, print ads, billboards)

  • Event promotion and marketing materials

  • Merchandise, products, or items intended for sale

  • Press releases, editorial publications, or news media

  • Sponsorship content or influencer campaigns

Commercial licenses are priced based on usage type, distribution scope, and duration. A written agreement will be provided prior to any commercial use being authorized. Inquiries are responded to within 48 hours.

All images remain the sole intellectual property of Kevin Flicek / Loon Haus Media, regardless of purchase. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership. Unauthorized use outside the scope of the license granted above may constitute copyright infringement under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 106).
